Pretzel Patty Melt at Fat Patty’s that just opened yesterday in Ashland, KY. So excited for this place. This is a soft pretzel cut in half, a delicious burger, Monterey jack cheese, and honey mustard. Delicious! |

Finally got some snow (yes, after Tornadic Super Cell friday, Sunny with a High of 68 Saturday, and now Snowy March Monday) and made some snow cream! Delicious. Everyone should go out and try it.

Fresh Snow Cream
1 gallon of fresh snow
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
MIX it all together till you like the consistency.
EAT immediately.
It’s very similar to a Wendy’s frosty. Delicious!
I am very much looking forward to trying this. Found it online recently and it looks like just the perfect easy, quick meal.

1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
8 thin slices cooked ham
4 thin slices Cheddar cheese cut into strips
HEAT oven to 350°F.
SEPARATE dough into 8 triangles.
PLACE 1 piece of ham on each triangle; place 2 strips of cheese down center of ham.
FOLD in edges of ham to match the shape of dough triangle.
ROLL up each crescent, ending at the tip of triangle.
PLACE with tips down on ungreased cookie sheet.
BAKE 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
REMOVE from cookie sheet.
EAT warm.

Yet another awesome, easy, and delicious recipe using the ever versatile crescent roll. This is something that my dad used to always make for us and for various church breakfast meetings, etc. I have loved making it because it’s so easy, feeds a bunch of people and is incredibly delicious. Feel free to substitute the cherry pie filling for a filling of your choice or leave it out entirely! It’s good either way!

2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, divided
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can (20 oz.) cherry pie filling (or your choice flavor)
3 Tbsp. milk
HEAT oven to 350°F.
UNROLL 1 can crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, firmly pressing perforations and seams together to seal.
BEAT cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, egg white and vanilla with mixer until well blended; spread onto crust. Cover with pie filling. Unroll remaining can of crescent dough; separate into 2 rectangles. Pat out to form 13x9-inch rectangle, pressing seams and perforations together to seal; place over pie filling.
BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown; cool slightly. Gradually add milk to remaining sugar, beating with whisk until well blended; drizzle over dessert.
